2. Information we collect

What you send us

When you send the checklist form on this site or write to us, we collect what you provide. The form goes to the same desk as finalist.cc, which Our Landmen LLC also runs:

• Contact details: your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
• Job details: your ZIP code, the type of work, sizes, wood and finish, timing, the scope from the worksheet if you add it, and your description.

The scope worksheet runs in your browser. What you enter there is not sent to us unless you put it into the checklist form and send it.

Technical and log information

Like any website, this one is served from Google’s hosting, which may record standard request information such as your IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested and the time. We use it only for site reliability and security.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. It is not directed to children under 13.

3. How we use information

We use what we collect only to:

• Read your request and write back with a scoping document, a benchmark note or questions.
• Send you correspondence about your request.
• Protect the site against automated spam and abuse.
• Meet our obligations under applicable state and federal law.

4. We do not sell personal information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal records to data brokers or ad networks. We do not send your request, your quote or your details to contractors, and we take no payment from contractors for referrals.

5. Service providers and infrastructure

Data sent through this site is processed by infrastructure providers only to run the site:

• Google Firebase: hosts the site and stores the requests you send. Our Landmen LLC staff read them there.

6. Your choices

Some state privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, give rights over personal data where those laws apply. Whether or not they apply to you, you can ask us to:

• Show you: tell you what we hold from your request and give you a copy.
• Correct: fix anything that is wrong.
• Delete: delete what we hold from your request.
• Stop: stop using your information for anything further.

To use any of these rights, email hello@customcarpentry.directory with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will respond to your request.

7. Retention and security

The site is served over HTTPS, and Google Cloud encrypts stored data by default. We keep a request until you ask us to delete it.
